I placed a security freeze on my credit file to prevent ID theft. Can I still become an investor?

With a security freeze, the credit bureaus will not allow your identity to be verified, which is required to lend on our site. To register as an investor, remove the freeze temporarily, then register as a lender and re-freeze your account after your identity has been verified, or call Investor Services at (888) 596-3159.
