How do I access or remove my funds before July 18, 2022?

1.  Log into online banking or your LendingClub mobile banking app.
2.  Select your Goalkeeper goal.
3.  Click on your active goal.
4.  Click the Edit button on the top right.
5.  Scroll down and click Delete Goal.
6.  On the confirmation message, click Yes.
7.  To transfer funds, select your checking account and click Transfer.

How can I set up goals going forward on my LendingClub bank accounts?

We will no longer offer a goal saving tool at this time. However, we are currently developing helpful financial tools to meet your banking needs. Keep an eye on your email for updates as we introduce new products and features.

What will happen to my Goalkeeper funds if I don’t move them before July 18, 2022?

If you don’t move your funds, it’s not a problem. We’ll move your funds back to the LendingClub checking account you were using to fund your Goalkeeper goals.

What is Goalkeeper?

Goalkeeper is a free app that helps you automatically save money for your goals. Set as many goals as you want, pick a savings engine, and watch your savings grow as you get closer to achieving your goals.

How do I move my funds out of my goal?

Select the Goal, select Transfer Funds and enter in the amount to transfer and the account to move to.

What should I save for in Goalkeeper?

Whatever your heart desires, or your wallet requires, Goalkeeper can help you save for it. Save for a rainy day fund, a credit card payoff, or something for yourself—it’s 100% up to you.

How much does Goalkeeper cost?

Nada, nil, zilch, zero, nothing – get the picture yet? It’s free! Unlike other apps, we’ll never charge you money to save money.

Is Goalkeeper safe to use?

 Absolutely—We never save your bank login information, and all data is stored at rest with AES 256-bit encryption. Since your money never leaves your bank, all deposits are FDIC-insured.

What are the requirements for using Goalkeeper?

You need to be 18 years of age and a resident of the U.S. You will also need to have a valid email address and checking account with us. At this time in Goalkeeper, all joint and savings accounts are not supported and we do not offer interest.

How often does Goalkeeper save my money?

If you choose to pick your own amount and frequency, then you determine that. If you choose to let the algorithm do the work, then it will save weekly.

How do I know how much I have saved?

Your progress will always be displayed on the dashboard on the Goalkeeper dashboard within the LendingClub Mobile app. You can also choose to get emails or texts each time money is saved.

Once I’ve set my savings frequency and amount, how long will it take to start the saving process?

Since the savings account and goals are within your bank, money movement processes on the next business day. You don’t have to wait several days like with other services that don’t sit inside your bank’s systems.

How can I add more money to a goal that has already started automatically saving?

If you want to add more money to a goal, just click into the Goalkeeper app, click on a goal in the dashboard, and click the Transfer Funds option.

Can I pause my automated savings?

Yes, you have control over how you save. If you click on the goal in the app dashboard, you can click Pause. When you are ready to save again, just click Resume and Goalkeeper will continue saving for you.

Can I connect more than one account from my bank?

Only one account can be connected at a time, but if you need to switch accounts, you can choose another account in your app under Info.
