If you’re having trouble applying with us, here are some tips that may help:
Clear the cache and cookies on your internet browser by pressing the Ctrl + Shift + Delete keys on your keyboard.
Try using a different internet browser. Many of our customers find it easier to use Google Chrome.
If you’ve had trouble using a mobile device, use a desktop computer.
Manually type numbers like your Social Security number, phone number, or account number to make sure they’re entered correctly.
Make sure no fields are automatically filled in.
If you’re copying and pasting your password, double-check it. Sometimes copying and pasting adds an extra space.
