Enrolling with us is simple and free!

Go to https://www.lendingclub.com/patientsolutions/enroll to complete your online practice enrollment. During the enrollment process you will be able to select the payment options you would like to offer to your patients. Once you provide all your practice info, you can review and sign your Participating Provider Agreement either electronically during the enrollment process or if you prefer you can print a copy and sign. We accept completed documents either via email to register@lendingclub.com or fax to (508) 281-8505.

Once we’ve received your signed agreement, our team will verify that the information you provided is accurate and within 1-2 days of receipt, send you an email confirming your Practice Center account has been set up.

Additionally, we will send onboarding emails to you to help you get started, including an invitation to our brief online compliance training. This training is an onboarding requirement for all new accounts, but don’t worry it should take less than 10 minutes to complete.
