The Patient Activity screen in your Practice Center Dashboard displays all the details for each application. When you click on a patient's name, you can access the Application Overview screen for more details like the application status, practice fee, amount, APR, term, and monthly payment. If you would like a printed version, just click Print icon in the Application Overview screen.
