    If you ordered a debit card as part of your application, you should receive your it card within 7-10 business days. If you did not order a debit card and would like one, please contact Customer Service.

  • Direct Deposit

    Set up direct deposit and have your paycheck sent right into your savings or checking account. To get started, complete our direct deposit form and provide it to your employer.

    If you transferred money from an outside account to open your new account, you’ll see the deposit posted to your account within 2-3 business days. The deposit is held for 5 business days for your security.

    Set up direct deposit into your account and you’re eligible to receive your money up to two days early. Your paycheck will be available as soon as your employer submits their payroll files to the Federal Reserve.
