As Chief Operations Officer, Anna leads all of LendingClub’s enterprise operations end to-end, connecting front-line delivery, operational controls, and program execution to deliver efficient, compliant, and scalable operations company-wide.

Anna is a bold, mission-driven leader with a track record of transforming operations in the fintech and payments arena. Prior to joining LendingClub, she served as Chief Growth & Operations Officer at MoneyGram International, where she led large-scale process enhancements, digital platform expansions, and the thoughtful deployment of automation and AI to empower teams and position the company for greater scale.

Anna was named one of American Banker’s 2024 Most Influential Women in Payments, recognition of her consistent ability to build high-performing, inclusive teams and foster cultures of innovation and accountability.

Anna holds an MBA from the University of Colorado, an MS from Metropolitan State University, and a BS from Minnesota State University-Mankato.
