A wire transfer is an electronic payment service for transferring funds by wire, for example through SWIFT, the Federal Reserve Wire Network or the Clearing House Interbank Payments System.
The Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT) Code is a unique identification code that may be required by some banks, broker-dealers and investment managers for the completion of international wire transfers.
Domestic wires submitted before 4 PM ET and international wires submitted before 1 PM ET will be sent same-day. Wires submitted after these times will be sent the next business day.
All wires are guaranteed funds. Once they are sent out, there is almost no chance of having the funds returned unless the receiving party agrees to the return.
Personal Banking Clients: Our Elite and Reserve Tier customers can place a wire via online banking and our mobile app. For all other customers, they can reach out to customer service here to initiate a wire. Please note, we are unable to process wires for Essential Checking accounts.
Small Business Clients: Business customers can place a wire via online banking and our mobile app.
Commercial Business Clients: Commercial Business customers can place a wire via online banking and our mobile app.
Domestic Wires must be submitted before 4 PM ET to be sent same-day.

Cash Management Business Clients: Cash Management Business customers can initiate a wire via online banking. If you need further assistance, please contact Cash Management at 833.498.1399.
International wires must be submitted before 1 PM ET to be sent same-day.

Fees and limits may apply, depending on your account type and the type of wire. You will be able to review any fees and limits before completing your wire transfer in Online Banking.
As of June 7, 2021, we have an updated process for incoming international wires. This process will only be for incoming international wires and we ask that you provide the below to the person or business wiring the funds.
